Thank you for treating my two sons, Joshua and Tobias, to a first-rate ballooning experience; they loved absolutely every minute of it ! As a former commercial airline pilot I wish to commend Arthur on the excellence of his pre-flight briefing to his passengers: he was clear, calm, concise, thoroughly professional, and he adopted an appropriately firm and reassuringly decisive tone on matters relating to safely - just as it should be. Bravo indeed, Arthur !

Having had a flight with you recently, I would like to say that I very much enjoyed the morning and would certainly arrange another flight..... Please give our thanks to all the staff, especially the pilot and ground crew.

Just got back from my flight this morning and had to write and say thank you.
Please would you pass on my sincere thanks to Dee and his crew for a wonderful experience. The weather was perfect (although you cannot take full credit for that) making it a memorable flight. I have done a variety of outdoor sports over the years and your team were an excellent blend of professionalism and fun. Highly recommended.
I forgot to ask Dee before departing, but would it be possible to email me the GPS track for our flight (assuming he hasn't deleted it) as it would be interesting to look on a map and see exactly where we went.

Thank you so much for persevering to get us up in the balloon eventually. It was wonderful. Frustrating that the mist kicked in, but hey ho!

I attach a couple of pictures that are quite fun! So thank you also for persevering to let us take off from Pentillie – “never again” I think I hear Dee mutter, but we loved it and so thank you enormously.

I’m going to try and persuade lots of brides that they need to hot air balloon away for their honeymoons – or does that sound like a grim idea!?

Thank you for a fantastic experience (Sat 19/6 Taunton). It was magical and we do hope we can fly again with you. Dee is an excellent pilot - great sense of humour; great character but also very professional - we felt in very safe and capable hands.

Hi there- Have just found only fault in your service!! The link to the e-card didn't work! Everything else has been spot on and we had a great trip - am singing your praises to all I meet.

Wow, what can I say….. an absolute fantastic experience leaving me asking myself, why haven’t I done it before and when will I do it again! From booking to landing, it was just so amazing and totally professional. I must confess that I am not good with heights but having spoken to Charlie 3 times (asking him the same questions each time!!!!), he totally reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. I have to say he was right. Such a fantastic experience, one I will never forget and almost certainly repeat. It was exceptional value and a the team were fantastic. You can tell that Dee the Pilot just loves his job. This is one story that has already been told many times guys so keep those phones manned, more bookings on their way. I completed my flight this morning, and I have to thank you all for what was indeed an experience of a lifetime. The weather was exceptional, and Dee and the crew were excellent. My wife, daughter and two young grand-daughters followed the balloon behind the trailer and are full of praise for the way they were treated, even though they were not directly involved in the flight. Your whole organisation is both efficient and friendly, and I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is interested.
