Sir, Just a short note to say how much my wife and I enjoyed our flight on Saturday afternoon from Higher Wootton (Sherborne). I have no idea how good your other pilots are, but I can't think there can be many better than J Dee Shapland. Our very gentle arrival in a small Dorset village was according to the locals the most exciting thing that had happened there since the birth of the Two Headed Pig in 1964.

My name is Carla Mitchell, you took my terminally ill father on your balloon in October of this year for his birthday, also with my sister. it was one of his dreams since i can remember from a young age,you made that come true. his face was a picture when i picked him up at the half moon after wards, he had me in tears. my dad had done it he had full filled a dream and got to see many wonderful sights. we were all crying with happiness. my father Eddy Emmett passed away on the 8th of December peacefully at home.i will never forget the happiness you all brought him that day and the memory and photo of that day i will cherish for the rest of my life... thank you again for a dream come true. what a fantastic experience! Dee was an excellent pilot, keeping us informed and I think we gave him a few laughs when we exited the basket!! Would love to do it again in the future, not scary at all – even bouncing on the trees!

Just to say a big thank you to Arthur and his crew for a really great flight. They were lovely - totally professional at all times and it was an experience not to be missed! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience before flight, the flight itself (including the champagne!), and the after flight and will recommend it to everyone! Thank you once again

We, 4 family members on the balloon, had a really good day and enjoyed the trip very much – would love to do it again one day. It was a very special day and a memory to be talked about often. We would like to say thank you to the crew and pilot for a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our flight with you, but we cannot find where we landed. Can you help, please.

My flight was a retirement gift – what a wonderful experience! The ground crew were meticulous in their preparation and Arthur Street managed to mix real authority and good humor as pilot. I felt safe and in good hands. The flight over North Cornwall and Launceston took place on a fantastic late afternoon, with clear skies and superb views. The ‘Barnes Wallis’ bouncing landing was very exciting, yet safely executed so no one felt uneasy as the landing drill had been explained and practiced. This was a once in a lifetime experience, yet I know it can be repeated! I would recommend a balloon flight unreservedly, and if anyone is still dithering – just go for it! Thank you.

Just to say thanks, this was a great flight and the crew were a really great bunch :) I’d definitely recommend you guys to anybody who fancies a fun day out!

Flight, 20th September 2009 @ 4.45pm. A really big thank you for a great flight from Wheat Hill Golf Course, Nr Castle Cary. My wife and I, Justin & Ally, and our children Callum & Freya had a great time. 5000ft into the clouds, on a superb afternoon. Everything from booking to the flight itself to the giving out of the flight certificates, was well organised, and the team are a huge credit to Aerosaurus Ballons. What an amazing way to start the day – perfect conditions. We enjoyed Dee’s sense of humor as well as his skill in piloting the balloon. It felt incredible to be up a couple of thousand feet one moment and then down field hopping the next! Thanks to Dee, Gerry and Chris for making it an experience to remember.
