My thanks to you all for a memorable flight, it was brilliant, it was a gift from my dear friends Mr and Mrs Perkins for my 65th birthday and my thanks to balloon pilot Arthur and the crew it was fabulous, my first in a hot air balloon and I am sure i will want to fly again as i just love flying above our beautiful countryside, the weather was perfect the sun was shining and everyone on board i am sure enjoyed it as much as I did, thank you once again and my best wishes to you all at aerosaurus balloons.

WOW does not begin to describe how good our experience was. Our Hot Air Balloon flight from The Larmer Tree in Wiltshire was amazing. Apart from being lucky with the weather conditions and being able to fly so smoothly over a beautiful part of the country, we were also fortunate enough to have the best pilot and flight crew (Rick & Ali) we could have wished for. They both made the occasion PERFECT for myself, wife and our 2 children, by being so inclusive and friendly. This experience far outdid our expectations and will be a special memory forever.

Absolutely staggered to discover that one of our fellow passengers was born in the same town in Australia as I was, and that his grandmother still lives in the same road as my grandparents had lived 30 years ago.

Our only frustrations have been to do with cancellations due to weather and more ease booking by phone than on the web.

My partner has purchased 2 tickets to go on a balloon ride scheduled tomorrow with her mother. She has a long drive (5 hours) down so decided to call the weather line which hadn’t updated yet. This is fair enough as it’s 24 hours away but she then looked at the weather part of the website which states to use “the following resources” – there are then no links to use. Looking to get some kind of advice she called the customer line and asked the man if there was anyone she could speak to who would be able to tell her ahead of her journey whether it would be worth coming down. She has driven down before and the flight was cancelled. The gentleman she spoke to then spoke to her as though she was a child and had 0 empathy to her situation. It’s left her feeling quite upset and not exactly looking forward to the trip. Please educate your customer service staff in using an empathetic tone and wording.
